Jeld Wen pivot lock shoe

Home Owner from Iowa
I need to replace 2 pivot shoes on a Jeld Wen vinyl window, probably at least 20 years old. The cams are broken. These photos are from an identical window. Works with a spiral balance. The old shoes have plastic "locks" to hold the balance in place. Roughly 2 3/8 x 1 x 5/8. Do you have something that would replace them? The only way to replace is to cut a gap into the vinyl, correct? And I can't just replace these cams?

Thanks!

I just notice that the size I typed in is incorrect ... 2 3/8 high x 1 1/8 wide x 5/8 thick. All "close" because I haven't removed it.

I'm afraid we don't have any shoe in this style with those dimensions. I highly recommend removing it before you measure it, since there's no way to get an accurate reading while it's still installed. As for removing it, making a cutout in the track is a good option. We actually have a tutorial video that walks you through how to do it, which I will link at the end of this post.

Once it's out, compared it to our 15-188 or 15-178. I feel fairly confident that it will be one of these two, depending on depth. Let me know!
