Jeld Wen replacement operator cover and handle kit

I was going through a warranty claim with Jeld-Wen about some broken parts. I needed covers and handles for casements that had the handle on the left and on the right. Jeld Wen was able to send me replacements for operators that had the handle on the right (their part # W0745) but they said they no longer had the kits where the handle was on the left (# W0742). The plastic cover does not have a part number on it, just the Jeld Wen logo. The handle has part # 45393. Both do have Truth hardware logos on them.
