Jeld Wen side spring

I have a jeld wen window and my side spring balance has broken. The numbers on the spring are BG 22HT TSE. I wrote to you last Friday with a picture but have yet to hear back from you. Do you carry this replacement spring? Thank you

It doesn't look like our department received your photo or discussion post. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window and show us some photos as well as any attachments that go with it? That's the best way for me to identify what you may have.

I would rather not tear down the window to extract the spring as I have no faith that I can get it back together without instructions. Attached are two photos. One shows the actual metal spring/slider with number. It is for an upper window which is the broken one. The other shows the actual window and the bottom metal spring/slider. I attach this only so you can see what the actual window is like.

I'm afraid it isn't possible for us to identify your balance when it's installed. I can't promise we'd be able to supply a replacement but we aren't able to move forward without seeing the balance removed. I apologize for the inconvenience.
