Jeld Wen single hung replacement balances
Hello! We can replace these balances, but they'll have to be a custom order due to their configuration. Before we go any further, though, I just need a bit more information.
First, can you verify the length of the 20-4 stamp? It should be 20-5/8" long, not 20-11/16".
Can you also show me a clearer photo of the metal clip at the end of the cord for each balance? I can't quite make them out from these photos.
Lastly, can you specify exactly what you mean by a set of balances? Is that a pair, or are you referring to the individual assembly? Note that these are sold as individual units, not sets, so it might be clearer if you just give me a precise count.
I verified the length and it is 20 5/8.
Photos of the clips at the end of each cord are attached.
I am in need of two of each size balance, in other words, one set of each.
I've also attached a couple photos of the plastic piece that is in the upper portion of the window on each side that the balance catches. Are these something that need to be replaced along with the balances?
