Jeld-Wen tilt latch

Question

Need left and right tilt latch for:
Jeld-wen purchased 2007
Tilt latch pat.# 5,139,291 (slide in latch)
2 5/8" long X 11/16" wide X 3/8" tall (+1/16 for top lip)
I think the 26-243 and 26-244 are the closest match; only difference is the lower snap is set in 1/16" on my latch. Please get back to me so I can get the correct latches ordered.

Hello! I agree, our 26-243 and 26-244 are going to be your best options. The lock on the bottom doesn't line up, and that will mean it won't "lock" in place, but it will still be a firm fit and will install without issue. While the window is operational, there's no risk of the latch falling out on accident as the very frame of the window prevents that from happening. Otherwise, you just have to be careful when you tilt the sash in for cleaning.

The original latch is unfortunately not made anymore, to my knowledge. I do think these parts are going to be your best option.
