Jeld-Wen window.

The screws ripped out of this window. I fixed once before but continues to pull out. What material would you use to fill the hole and rescrew.?

Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you used the plastic anchors to hold the window bracket. You might want to go with metal anchors instead. You can consult your local hardware store and talk to them about what type of anchor can work for your window bracket.

To add on to what Paul said, one suggestion would be to go to a local hardware store and purchase a "two-part" wood epoxy. Another would be to drill new holes in the bracket so the screws will go into a different location in the wood. Also, you can use the largest diameter screw that will fit the sash bracket. I recommend you get the longer screw, but not too long as you don't want to damage the sash.
