Jeld Wen window balances

Question

I have contacted JELD-WEN and they tell me that the balances in my windows need replacing, however, they don't sell the parts and gave me your website address.  They are JELD-WEN windows installed in 2005 and are wood double hung.  If you need more information, I will have to get someone familiar with windows to tell me.  I have 26 windows that need attention.

Thanks for coming to SWISCO for your hardware needs. We can certainly help you with balance replacements, we would just need to get some additional information from you first. We would need to see photos of the entire balance removed from the window. Next, include measurements such as the metal length of the balance and its channel width. Lastly. if there are any stampings/markings on the balance, please make sure to include that as well. From there, we will make our best judgement on a replacement.
