I have ~10 y old vinyl, single hung windows - builder installed. Apparently, Jeld-Wen. Several balances are broken (plastic retainer broken). Any suggestion what type they are? Any generic replacements? Jeld-Wen lists 3 types of 28 inch balances on their website, but can't tell what type I have...
