Jeld-Wen window part

We believe our windows are Jeld-wen installed in 1997. Many of the balance stops are now with broke pot metal pivots as shown. Wondering if we can get replacements for these parts?

Hello there. This is called a pivot shoe. This looks like it might be the 15-178 or 15-188, depending on the thickness of the shoe.
