Jeld Wen window part broken

Question

This is four views of the broken bit from a (probably) Jeld Wen window. This came out of one of three windows that won?t stay up. Any idea what replacement part we need to order to fix the windows?

Hi Elinor,

I can't make out the part but we may be able to figure it out if you could send us a picture of your window balance system. You should be able to tilt in and remove the window sash, then remove and take a photo of the balance. Thank you!
