Jeld-Wen window part search

Question

I have a Jeld-Wen window that we purchased around 2006. The window will open but won't stay up. The springs are there but the metal part that is attached to the bottom right and left of the window is broken. It goes into the hole at th3 end of the spring assembly. Picture 1 and 4 is what I need.
