Jeld Wen wood window sash lock

I have a challenge for you! :)

We ordered replacement sashes from Jeld Wen and although they fit our window, the sashes do not match our manufacture day and so we do not have the appropriate hardware to fit the sashes.

Jeld Wen referred me to you! We do not have a picture of an existing window lock to show you, but we are on the hunt for expired window locks to fit our replacement sashes.

I have attached the quote for our order for the sashes. Possibly this information can help you?

Also please see the attached pictures of the routed out spots for the hardware. (our existing hardware sits flush on the wood).

Here are some measurements to help:

Bottom sash: (straight base with rounded top corners)

Width of straight base ? 2 ¼ inches or 5.4 cm

Width of straight part from rounded corner to rounded corner ? 1 inch or 2.5 cm

Length from front to back ? 1 inch or 2.5 cm

Depth of routed out portion ? 5/16th inch or 8 mm

Top Sash: (oblong with rounded ends)

Width of cut out ? 2 13/16th inches

Length from top to bottom ? 6/16th inch

Depth of routed out hole ? ¼ inch

I should add . . .these sashes were to replace old Norco sashes that are no longer made

Looks like you need something like our 90-320, but this is too big for your needs. I'm afraid I couldn't find anything closer, though.

Would it be possible to rout out a little more space? It looks like you have a wood window, so it may be possible. Look over the dimensions for our 90-320 and see if you could maybe get it to work without altering the window too much. The top of the sash looks somewhat shallow, maybe TOO shallow, but it's hard to say. Let me know what you think.
