Ideally, looking for a replacement threaded worm gear or complete assembly if available...see attached photos.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. The part shown here can't be repaired or replaced, unfortunately. That means you'd need a new operator assembly. Can you open the window and show us a full view of the arms that move the window sash?

I'm afraid I can't get a good look at the arms from this angle. Would it be possible for us to see a bird's eye view of the operator's arm and base where the handle attaches?

Thank you! This looks like it may be the 39-083. I recommend you review our specifications and compare them with yours to confirm they align with your old assembly.
