Jeld Win Vinyl Single hung non-tilt

Hi, I am trying to find replacement balances for my Jeld Wen vinyl windows. They are almost 20 years old. I do not see the top on any of you parts, but maybe some are close.

Thanks for writing in. I am confident we can replace this balance for you, but we need just a little more information to be able to help. Can you show us close-up pictures of the nylon fittings on either side of the balance. Can you also show us a picture of any stamp code on the metal channel? Finally, can you confirm the length of the metal channel, not including those nylon fittings? From there we'll try and work out what you need. Many thanks.
