the gear part seems to be stripped on our Jeld-wen awning window.
marked on the window JEL-N-201
Caradco is on the handle.
Truth is on the arms.
it's a 2 arm setup.
probably need 2 new arms - due to threads
the operator and handle -- as the handle is one piece.
see photos.
also .. I can't get the operator out ... does the operator open up and there are 2 more screws in there ???

The wooden sill may need to be removed to remove the operator assembly. We recommend you watch the videos shown below. The featured operators are different but we show how to remove the sill.
