Question

Both windows have broken ribbon on balance on right side only. Windows placed by Westport homes 10/2005. See pics for sticker details.

Thanks for contacting us. A good way to figure out the right spring is by using the pivot shoe as a reference. Your particular pivot shoe looks like it might match our 15-180. Can you confirm? If so, I recommend our Series 190 coil spring. This is the spring designed to work with the 15-180 shoe.
