Jeld-wen balance replacement

The window is a Jeld-Wen from 2011
Builders vinyl single hung, Tilt AAMA, DP-20
4 wide 2 high Pnl1 2 High Pnl2,
with balance covers
I need to replace both balances
The Sash is 23 Lbs

Thanks for posting! To determine if there is a replacement balance we can offer for your existing balances, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

There are many different balances associated with the Jeld-wen brand, so I'll need to see the original hardware to confirm the most accurate replacement.

Are you able to provide photos of the attachments from an undamaged balance?
