Hi,
the crank is slipping and when I removed the plastic cover (under the handle) i noticed that it seems like the gears are slipping. Can you tell me what parts to get?

Hello,

If the gears are stripped, the entire operator would need to be replaced. If you could open the window so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible, that would help us narrow down your options. Thank you!

Your operator resembles the EntryGard 39-031 and 39-032 at first glance depending on the side of the base your arms attach to. Also, make sure to confirm the length of the arms match your assembly. Both are used with the 39-107FK handle and cover kit. Review the dimensions below to confirm they match your assembly. Thanks for posting!
