Hi Daniel,

I'm confident we have a replacement recommendation we can make for the patio door handle set you have here. Although, to confirm the correct replacement I'll need to know whether the thumb latch sits at an offset or centered position and the distance between the installation holes, from hole center to hole center (written out).

The thumblatch is in the center position, and the distance between the screws is 4 inches.

Thanks for confirming. I suggest taking a look at the 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set. This is also available in a keyed version, part 82-030A.

I also wanted to mention, we typically see damaged like this when excessive force has been applied to the handle due to an issue with either the track or the door roller. That said, it would be a good idea to examine both of them for debris and/or damage.
