I was wondering if your 82-240 latch is compatible with the jeld-wen handle ? My patio lock latch is alway breaking I?ll need to replace for the 3rd time .

I think the 82-107 would actually be a better bet for this style handle set. Take a look and see if you agree. More importantly however, a consistently failing thumb lever suggests that the door's internal mortise lock probably should be replaced. We can likely help with that; I just need to see the mortise lock in the door.
