Hey, Kelly. I hate to say it but I think you need more than a crank here. Looking at your photo, it seems the spline has sheared completely off. That can't be repaired or replaced in any way, so if I'm right then you would need an entirely new operator.

To play it safe, I would ask you to remove the operator mechanism from the window in its entirety and show me a photo of it without obstruction. I can then check our inventory to see if anything we sell matches up. We sell an absolute ton of different kinds so I'm confident that we have what you need.
