Jeld-wen single hung

Question

I have a Jeldwen single
Hung window with bad balances. They are 28" long metal
To metal. Stamped 28D.
The 2 ends need to be the same as pictured. It did have strong and a spring inside but broke.

Thanks so much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to say that you have a balance configuration I've never seen before. The top and bottom nylon fittings are very peculiar.

If at all possible, I'd like a few more photos of these pieces. Please make sure that they're in undamaged condition and visible from multiple different angles so I can make them out clearly. If they're at all broken or damaged, I won't be able to help.

With that data in hand, I'll do my best to track down a match for you.
