Jeld wen window coil balancer

Question

Window opened then fell. I could see the metal string spaghetti'd into the track bent and folded a couple times. I tried to remove plastic piece from picture and it crumbled.

Also there is not cut in the track to remove it. Can this be replaced?

Hey there. This is a Coil Balance system. I am confident we can help, but I need to see the pivot shoe further down the window track the coils connect to. I also need the thickness of the coil tape (should be 1/2" or 3/8"). We'll do our best to help from there.
