We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would like to see a few close-up photos of the bottom fitting that the pulley extends from from multiple angles to narrow down your options. I would also recommend double-checking the length of your metal channel, not including the end fittings. Thank you. 

Thanks for getting back to us. We can supply replacement balances with your end fittings and pulley clip but they would come with 26-5/8" long metal channels, not including the end fittings. Your channel does appear to be over 26-1/2" based on your photos but we'll need you to confirm since our replacements would not work to replace 26-1/2" long balances. If so, we'll also need to know the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two.
