This is what the window sits in. Not sure the name. These are hurricane windows that come in for easy cleaning

The part in your photo is called a pivot shoe. We should be able to help but we would need to see photos of your shoe uninstalled, as well as the exact width and thickness written out, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
