JeldWen sliding door lock lever broken

A from Chicago Suburbs says:
Tenant broke latch lever used to lock JeldWen sliding door. I don't think the button that stops you from being able to put the lock into the locked position without the door being closed against the keeper was ever working properly since I started property managing this house. Thinking we need a new latch lever and lock assembly, does that sound right? Or do I need a whole new handleset and lock assembly? Which part numbers do we need to order? Please see pictures.
