Hello,
Take a look and compare the 36-048 hinge set with a 10" base to your assembly. We've also included the installation video below to help you through the process.
As for the weatherstripping, we would need to see a clear end profile photo of an intact piece of the seal removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
