Jeldwen block and tackle spring type sash counter balance replacement

Question

I have several 20+ year old jeldwen windows where the sash spring hs released and shows at the top of the channel when the window is closed. On inspection it appears this is caused by the spring slipping out because of "slop" or lateral movement of the window in the channel when the oposite spring has broken (actually the cord in the block and tackle breaks)

The windows in question are 48x60 jeldwen single hung windows which were installed in 2001. I have attached the maximum of 5 images which I hope will be helpful. The metal channel is 27 Inches long, and I tried to capture the printing (no stamp) as best I could

I am having difficulty figuring out which series of relpacement I need

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Could you show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. Can you also measure the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you get?

Since the stamp is too faded to make out, we will need you to weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight so that we can determine the proper stamps for your replacements.
