Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately we do not carry a 12" sill track for a 2-bar hinge. The best we can supply is the 36-048 2-bar hinge set with a 10" sill track, but keep in mind that the window may not open quite as wide. Review the overall dimensions to to see what you think!

Please note that both the top and bottom hinges would need to be replaced at the same time. Review and let us know if you have any additional quesitons.

I would like 36-048 10" bottom two bar hinge.
I would like the corresponding top hinge.
I have one right opening casement and one left opening casement window.
Please confirm what complete hinges you think I need for this .

Hi Stephen,

The 36-048 set comes with a top and bottom hinge. These hinges are interchangeable on either right or left opening windows.
