Jeldwen door handles

Question

I need to replace four of these Jen-Weld door handles and locks. Do you know what they are and how I can find them? Really appreciate any help you can offer.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. This looks like an Andersen patio glass door. We tried very hard to get a hold of the original handle set, but it is discontinued and no longer available. The only options we have are our 88-013 interior and 88-014 exterior handles. We also have the 82-043 thumb latch and 82-037 mortise lock. I believe you can use these parts to substitute the original style.
