Jeldwen premium casement window crank

Home Owner from Encinitas California
This is an aluminum window that is discontinued from 2018.  The handle turns but it appears to be stripped.  Will not open or close.  Picture uploaded is a 2nd crank that is missing the tube connecting the handle to the crank (this window does operate).  Will 39-366 or 39-376 work in your opinion for the crank that does not operate?

Hello, thank you for posting,

The cover shown does resemble the 39-375 and 39-376 cover and handle. This handle fits onto an 11/32"  operator spline. Compare the dimensions below to see how they match up!

Unfortunately if the operator is stripped, you may need a complete new crank operator. This cover is compatible with a few different styles, so we would need to see the arm(s) of the operator. The window will need to be opened where we can see a clear view of the arm(s). Since the handle is stripped, with the window unlocked, you should be able to gently push open the sash to open the window.

From there we can narrow down the right fit for your window. Thank you!
