Good morning. Would you be able to help me find the correct replacement seal for this window from Jeldwen? It is a vinyl window made in 2001?

Thanks for reaching out! We do not carry an exact replacement for your bubble seal but our 58-156 Foam Filled Bubble Seal may be worth considering as a replacement. I also suggest take a look at the 58-055 to see if it could possibly work for your repairs. Take a look over their dimensions and design below.
