Jeldwin Astrigal Boot

Question

I have 2 sets of jeldwen french doors with a gap in the middle bottom.  I contacted Jeldwen, they were no help, basically just sent an email with this contact info.  I think I need astrigal boots?  Does that sound right and can you help me with this?  There is no model number on the doors that I can find.  Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement astragals or many parts for french doors in general. We also make our recommendations based on detailed photos of the original part. If the part is missing or if there is just a gap, we would have no way of knowing what might work. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
