Jeldwin broken window handle

I have a Jeldwin series 560 awning window that is now out of warranty. I'm in need of a new crank handle and operating cover, or perhaps called a nesting handle and cover. The window is black. I need a handle hinged left. Can you help me?

I should have added that the handle itself is okay, what seems to be the problem is the pivot pin. Any replacements for that?

We should definitely be able to help, butt Jeld Wen has used a lot of different operators. In order to help I will need you to remove the existing part from the window and show me a clear picture of the entire assembly. From there, I will do my best to find a match in our catalog.

OK, here is a picture showing the handle removed. The second shows a pivot pin (screw?) sticking out of one side with nothing sticking out the other. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you! This looks like the handle that comes with our 39-375 and 39-376. The individual components of these kits are not sold separately, though. I'm afraid we can only supply the whole thing together. I hope that's okay.

We also don't currently carry it in black. I'm actually not sure if that's an available finish, but give me a little time to double check. I'll get back to you ASAP with confirmation.

Appreciate the info. They definitely made black at one point in time. Clearly the window frame and handle aren't bronze. Will wait to hear from you again.

Hello! After some digging, we were indeed able to secure a source for these in a black finish. Please give us a little time to have stock made and I will respond back here with an update. These things typically take around 5-6 business weeks.
