on a vinyl jeldwin double hung window looking for the bottom internal tilt latch both right and left

I am afraid this internal tilt latch is not available. Our best solution for you is to see if you could adapt your window to use surface mount tilt latches like our 26-228 and 26-229. The video below shows how.
