Greetings. We can replace this channel balance, but it has to be custom made because it's length and configuration do not match any of our standard balances. I need just a little more information to get this going for you:

• Can you show me the stamp code on the metal channel?
• There should be a clip at the end of that cord that comes out of the bottom nylon shoe. That clip might resemble either our 62-106 or 62-108, among other shapes. Can you show me that clip's profile? Its shape is necessary for full identification. 

From there, I can write you up a quote for a pair of these balances (2 is our minimum quantity for custom balance orders). Many thanks. 

The clip in your first photo is what we needed to see, but it appears to be snapped in half. I'm not sure what it may have looked like originally.

I hate to ask this, but is there a way you can show us an undamaged version of that clip? Maybe from the other balance in the window, or an identical window in the house? I know it seems like a small detail but it is very important.
