This is off the bottom of a window that cranks out to the left from the inside. The plastic piece appears to have broken off. Mesurments are in the piture.
Can you help identify the part so I can order a replacement?

The like part one on the other side (opens the oposit direction) has "Norco Windows D series Clad CaseAwn JEL-N-330" on the part attached to the window.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell your exact hinge set, unfortunately. However, take a look at the 36-004-10. This may work for you if you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. We also have this in an "egress" version if you need it, the 36-090-10. Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with yours.
