replacement parts

Hello,

I am so happy to have found your site and hope that you can offer replacement parts for my older windows. The windows are still in pretty decent shape, just a pain to clean because of damaged parts. I do have someone who is going to assist with replacement now we just need the goods. The windows were installed around 2000. I will need approximately ten sets of each, will probably order extras, of left and right of the pivot lock shoes and the tilt latches. I have included a photo of installation sticker, the pivot locks and the tilt mechanism. Any info you can offer is appreciated!! looking forward to working with you.

Sorry, I forgot to say we will also need the internal parts for the tilt latch, if available.

Hi Jen, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 15-178 or 15-188 pivot shoes. The original will need to be removed from the window channel for accurate dimensions.

We do not have a match for the tilt lever shown. I cannot guarantee we can provide a fit for the internal mechanism, but we would need to see the original removed for the frame to confirm.

Another option we carry is seeing if your frame has enough room to install a surface mount style latch. Please review the video below that goes into more details. You would need to make sure new installation holes would not interfere with the current cutouts and have the correct width. Take a look at our full selection here.
