Please take a look at both our S380-15 and S385-15 channel balances. The look identical with the exception of the 'depth' measurement of the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, the way shown in the diagram below, to determine which of the two balances is the better match. Since your stamping does not match with any of ours, you will need weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the sash weight chart listed on the store page.

Looks like 15/16". Weight of the sash is 20 pounds

You're measuring the width of your shoe in this photo, not the depth. I recommend double checking the diagram Manuela showed you in her last post and measuring again. I agree with her assessment and I am confident that you  have either the S380-15 or S385-15.

Thank you! in that case, I think our S385-15 is your best bet. I would wager that your shoe was once 1-3/32" when it was made, but wore down a little over time to the 1-1/16" depth that you have now. This is a very common occurrence and I am confident that it's what we're dealing with here.
