JoeZ Need replacement hardware for both sides of the vinyl window... single hung.

Question

vinyl window sizw  18" high  x  25" wide.  broken balance spring.   both sides of window. Spring metal width is 1/2"   I include lots of photos to help you with replacement  parts.  I can't find any part number markings.  phone 256-536-5244

Thanks for posting. See the 15-180 Pivot Shoe and 15-181 Double Support and 15-182 Bushing. This system uses Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. To know what spring weights to choose for the new springs, see the video below. Let me know if you have further questions.
