John Widdicomb double drawer guide 45 years old

Do u have an idea which model u have would be best. The inside opening for the guide is about 1 1/8 wide and 3/8 high and the bottom opening is about 5/8 wide at the"prongs". The whole guide is 2 3/8 wide and 1 7/8 high.
