Johnson USA Closet Door hanger plate

Question

This is part of a sliding closet door.  The door is hung on a track.  The part in the picture is screwed into the top of the door.  The plastic piece broke and now I need a replacement part, but I don't know the details of the door or the hardware.  Please let me know if you have this part or if you have further questions.
