Hello,
I have a Jones window where I need to replace the channel balances and am having a hard time identifying the part. They are stamped with 2030 and measure 21".

Hi there!
What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via custom order. However, the metal channel should be 20-7/8" long. Can you double-check and confirm that for us? How many balances are you looking to replace?
