Jordan 21" channel balance

Question

I am needing to replace 2 channel balances for my Jordan double pane non-tilt window. The balance is 21" and I believe the product code is S390-21. There is t a stamp option on the balance, so I am needing help to get the right weight option. The window is double panes glass and measures 43" wide and 22" tall. I have included pictures for you. Please let me know what I need.

Thanks for posting. If there is no stamp printed on the metal channel, then you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart shown on the S390-21 store page. That will tell you exactly what you need.
