Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-25, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-25, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need 2430 spring strength options for your balances.

Choose the spring strength option based on the stamp on your balance.

A home owner from Knoxville, Tennessee says:
Which top sash guide goes with the S390-25 balance? Will I have to remove the old one to match it up, or does a certain one go with it?

Good morning -

There are quite a few top sash guides that are compatible with the Series 390 balance. As you said, you'll need to remove yours to identify it. It mostly comes down to style and dimensions. Feel free to send us a photo of yours if you need a hand!

A home owner from Knoxville, Tennessee says:
I'm looking for a top sash guide. The overall height is 1 and 5/8 inches. The dimensions of the top are 7/8 X 11/16, and the width at the bottom is 5/8 of an inch. One screw goes into each of the rectangular holes in the back. This is for the 390 series balance.

Thanks! It looks like your dimensions match up well with our 18-199. Give it a look to be sure you agree.

I want to thank Casey and Kathleen for their help in identifying the parts I needed and the wonderful company Swisco. I could have never done the job without you. I would have had to replace the entire window.
