Jordan Metal Channels

A home owner from New Mexico says:
Jordan windows installed in 1986. The metal channel r both 29" long.The springs look identical but set at a different hole location. The channel 9/16" wide. Need 4 complete tracks for the 2840 & 4 for the 2820 with 8 caps that to push channel down. Thank u.

Hey there. Thanks for writing in. We have known most Jordan windows to be able to use our Series 390 channel balance as replacements. These come assembled with a 19-002 channel balance top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. That said, see if our S390-29 will work for you. You will need the same balance but with different options: the 2840 and 2820 for what you are showing us. We also have known a number of customers to go with either the 18-064 or the 18-115 top sash guide as replacements. Take a look at both parts to see which of the two would make the better match
