Jordan Window Balance

I am looking for replacement balances for a Jordan Aluminum Window. Manufactured date around 1994. Channel type, 1/2". Metal length is 25". It has markings on the back reading: 24 3 Caldwell HM. I have a picture, but Step 1 would not let me upload it. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, George

Hi George- thanks so much for posting!

This is a great information, but we will need to see some photos of your balance. Specifically, the end attachments on either end of the metal channel. This will determine the series of your balance. Once we have that information we can determine the best replacement option for you.

After I placed the order for the channel balances, I noticed you have a part I've been looking for on my storm door. It is a Larson door. I've attached two photos. I need the grey metal slide lock that keeps the screen open. The one broken is the left one?

Thanks for ordering our balances! We appreciate it. The other part you're showing us appears to be a storm door latch. There are an absolute ton of these available, but yours isn't a style I recognize. I recommend carefully going through our catalog to carefully compare our styles and dimensions to your hardware to determine if we have a match. You can see our entire selection here.
