Jordan Window Balance Replacements

Question

Looks like I have a broken Jordan window balance and what I believe what you call an end cap on the same non-tilt window. Need to ID correct replacement parts that need to be ordered. Pictures attached. Do the replacement balances come complete with the plastic pieces at the top and bottom of the balance? Some web sites I looked seem to come with only the metal channel.

Start with our S390-29 channel balance and compare it to yours. This may be a good match. The broken top sash guide might be our 18-064, but compare it to yours to confirm.
