Jordan Window Balance replacement

A home owner from Fishers, IN says:
Hello?I have a non-tilt window that needs new balances. I would like some help identifying the balances and other parts I would need to order from your website in order to fix the window. The window has the label Jordan A 92 and it appears that the window still has the take out clips installed. I've attached photos.

Overview:
-Initial issue was that the window wouldn't stay open. We got a quote to repair from someone and they took one of the balances. It was difficult to get it back, so now I need a second one. Both of them were really loose in the window and I could pull them out easily without taking the window out.

- I think it's 29 inches. I measured from the metal to the metal (didn't include the top or bottom plastic piece?should I?).

-There are a few markings as shown, but I can't find an additional markings.

Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-29, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-29, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2830 spring strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you!

Hi, thanks for the help. I measured that bottom attachment piece and it's like 1 and 1/16". So do I err on the side of the 1" or the 1 and 1/8" size?

The bottom attachment can wear down a bit over time so if the shoe definitely measures over 1" deep, I would recommend the S390 balance.
