Jordan Window Balance and Hold Down Clips

Hi,
I need to replace the balances and clips to hold the balances inplace (top sash guide?) on two Jordan windows. The only markings I could find were on the balances (29 5 GX CMC 11). The balances are 30" long and approximately 9/16" wide. The depth of the balance is approximately 5/8".

Looks like you have either an S380-30 or S385-30 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the heel-to-toe measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, use 2950 as the new stamp option.

The Top Sash Guide might be either the 18-199 or 18-190, but you'll need to remove your old one and compare the dimensions to confirm if either could work for you.
